Manna-mind Yoga Basics
In this section of the course, students will learn the fundamental principles and techniques of Manna-mind Yoga. This includes proper breathing techniques, posture alignment, and basic movements and poses. By mastering the fundamentals, students will lay a strong foundation for their yoga practice and be able to confidently progress to more advanced techniques.
Shaping Your Body with Yoga
In this section, students will learn how to use yoga as a tool for physical transformation. Through a combination of in-class practices and at-home exercises, students will learn how to build strength, flexibility, and endurance in their bodies. Robin will provide guidance and support to help students achieve their personal goals, whether it be toning and shaping specific areas of the body or simply feeling more energized and healthy.
Building a Strong Practice
In this four-week sequence, Robin will delve into the proper alignment for four specific yoga postures. Students will have the opportunity to practice these postures in class and receive individualized feedback and adjustments from the instructor. Each week's session will build upon the knowledge learned in the previous week, allowing students to gradually improve their alignment and technique.
Deepening Your Connection to Your Body
Through the practice of yoga, students will gain a deeper awareness of their bodies and how they move. Robin will provide guidance on how to tune into the physical sensations of each pose, as well as how to use this awareness to improve alignment and increase the benefits of the practice. By cultivating a greater awareness of their bodies, students will also be able to better understand their own physical and emotional needs.

Learn basic breathing techniques.In this course, students will learn the basics of pranayama, or breath control, which is an important aspect of yoga practice. Robin will provide instruction on various breathing techniques and their benefits, as well as how to incorporate them into yoga asanas (poses).
Learn relaxation techniques to help with inner balance.In addition to the physical benefits of yoga, the practice can also have a calming and balancing effect on the mind. Robin will teach various relaxation techniques, such as meditation and visualization, to help students find inner peace and reduce stress.
Learn how to Harness the mind/body connection to gain inner peace and manifest your goals.Through the practice of yoga, students can learn to connect their mind and body in a way that allows them to tap into their own inner strength and achieve their goals. Robin will provide guidance on how to use the mind-body connection to manifest personal aspirations and find inner peace.

Nelia has been practicing Yang - style Tai Chi for over 10 years. She trained one - on - one from 2002 to 2007 with Howard Tseng, a certified Tai Chi master in Taiwan and in California(San Francisco Bay Area). She was a teaching assistant to Howard for about a year in 2007 and 2008 before moving to San Diego.

Yoga found Richard in the late 90s and he has explored and enjoyed various styles of yoga in the years since then. He holds a degree in anthropology and yoga allows him to blend his interest in the broad range of human experience with his love for physical movement. His classes incorporate his formal training in Anusara.
